  • Information you give us: your names, email address, phone number, ceremony date and package, guest count, and anything you share in booking questions or messages, such as accessibility needs.

  • Guest information: for some packages, the names and phone numbers of VIP guests receiving ride credits, and travel details for Simply Destination couples.

  • Payment information: payments are processed by our payment partners, Stripe and Klarna. We do not store your full card or bank account numbers.

  • Photos and video: images captured during your ceremony as part of your package.

  • Website information: our website may collect basic information automatically, such as your browser type, pages visited, and general location, through cookies and analytics tools.

2. How we use your information

  • To book, confirm, and deliver your ceremony and package perks

  • To process payments, refunds, and rebates

  • To send booking confirmations, payment reminders, and updates by email, and by text if you opt in

  • To answer your questions and provide customer support

  • To share ceremony photos on our website and social media, unless you opt out in writing

  • To improve our website and services

  • To meet legal requirements, such as completing and returning your marriage license

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide your ceremony:

  • Booking and payment services: Check Cherry (booking and contracts), Stripe (payments), and Klarna (pay-over-time, if you choose it)

  • Transportation partners: to schedule car service and ride credits included in your package

  • Rebate payments: your Zelle contact information, to issue hotel rebates

  • Legal authorities: when required by law, including the probate court for your marriage license

4. Text messages

If you opt in to text messages, we will text you about your booking, including confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Your phone number and opt-in consent are never shared or sold for anyone else's marketing.

5. How long we keep it

We keep booking records, contracts, and payment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax, legal, and accounting requirements.

6. How we protect it

We use trusted service providers with industry-standard security. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Your choices

  • Marketing emails: unsubscribe using the link in any email.

  • Text messages: reply STOP.

  • Ceremony photos: tell us in writing before your ceremony if you do not want them shared.

  • Your information: contact us to request a copy of your information, or to ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we are required to keep.

8. Children

Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our website.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
