Yes. All couples are responsible for obtaining a valid Georgia marriage license before arriving for their wedding ceremony.
If at least one person is a Georgia resident, you may obtain your marriage license from a Probate Court in any Georgia county. If neither person is a Georgia resident, your marriage license must be obtained from Rockdale County, where your Simply Weddings ceremony will take place.
Simply Weddings will take care of completing the officiant portion of your marriage license following your ceremony.

Simply Elope is designed exclusively for the couple and does not include guests. If you'd like to share your ceremony with family, friends, or a wedding party, one of our guest-inclusive wedding experiences will be a better fit.

Absolutely. Keeping your wedding simple doesn't mean it can't be personal. You'll have the opportunity to select your ceremony music and incorporate meaningful touches into your vows and ceremony.

Yes. While photography is not included with Simply Elope, you're welcome to bring your own professional photographer, videographer, or content creator. An Outside Vendor Fee applies, and all outside professionals must follow Simply Weddings studio and scheduling guidelines.
